Shatta Wale's promise not appear at the #VGMA and celebration after his 1st Award.

Just as Shatta Wale's "Dancehall King" track was announced as the winner of the Reggae/DanceHall song of the year, The King uploaded a selfie to prove he already started his celebration.

Just a few hours away from the Most anticipated award in Ghana that honors the musicians and their great work through out the whole year to kick start the Current King in the Dancehall genre, SHATTA WALE, posted on his facebook page expressing his opinion and reason why he wont be present at the occasion due to his request to be paid #70,000GHC been denied by the organizers of the show CHARTERHOUSE.

"MY LOVELY PEOPLE,I TOLD YOU LAST YEAR I WAS GOING TO PROVE THIS PEOPLE I DESERVE TO BE RESPECTED WHEN IT COMES TO MUSIC IN GHANA.#CHARTER#HOUSE CONTACTED ME TO COME AND PERFORM AT THE #VGMA AND I ASKED THEM TO PAY ME #70,000GHC AND THEY REFUSED.BUT THEY WILL PAY HUGE SUMS OF DOLLARS TO OTHER ARTISTE FROM OTHER COUNTRIES TO COME AND PERFORM.BUT FOR US(GH ARTISTE), THEY WILL SAY THE MONEY IS TOO MUCH FOR THEM TO PAY..GH STARS STAND UP!!!!! I KNOW MOST OF YOU CANT TALK WHEN THEY TAKE YOU FOR GRANTED BUT I WILL....AWARD OR NO AWARD...I AM STILL SHATTA WALE....THE #REVOLUTIONIST #SM4LYF"   these were his words.
